While her interests have led her to a multitude of accreditations, her passion for barbecue and the "pit community" has landed her right where she wants to be. Erica has transformed her love of grilling and smoking into a cookbook, a line of spices and sauces, as well as a budding digital series, The Pit Stop With Blue Smoke Blaire. Here, Erica highlights thought leaders and cornerstone members in the world of barbecue, as well as her own experiences as a woman who not only grills, but does so competitively. Erica's hustle and determination to fully immerse herself in what she loves has lead to an innovative approach to pairing wine with barbecue. In addition to working with barbecues and smokers, Erica also loves the primitive method of meat preparation, working with natural elements to create a mouthwatering meal. When she isn't mastering a new skill or showing up the boys in competition, Erica can be found in Texas or Ohio, feeding her family and building new recipes.
