Educator, Speaker, Wim Hof Method Instructor
Isabelle Hof, MSc, MSc, built and now advises the Wim Hof Method (WHM) Academy, is cofounder of the Icewomen community, and is a WHM instructor. She has been involved with Innerfire BV since its beginnings, including organizing expeditions, creating the instructor video course, and coordinating scientific studies.
Isabelle holds an MA in Psychology and has a passion for guiding people on journeys of the body and mind. She believes that the WHM is one of the most potent tools in the field of self-actualization. Practicing the method will lead to becoming a more balanced, healthier, and fun version of ourselves.
