Shab Azma has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years as an expert in brand strategy, talent management and content development. She has energy and passion for her clients, always advocating for them and connecting them with authentic and strategic partners. Relationship management is her super power.
Prior to founding Arc Collective, Shab was a partner at Flutie Entertainment, an entertainment management company, for over a decade. Highlights at Flutie include building a comprehensive licensing program for Ayesha Curry across home and food categories and serving as Executive Producer on Ayesha’s Home Kitchen on Food Network (2 seasons) and Family Food Fight on ABC prime time (2019). She also found success creating retail licensing programs for expert talent Nicole Curtis, Mina Starsiak, Sabrina Soto, and Carter Oosterhouse, and partnering client Taniya Nayak with Ellen Degeneres as the brand ambassador for ED On Air.
Shab began her career at Universal Consumer Products managing licensing and branding for the studio’s top properties. She also held positions at Brand Sense and worked as a VP of Talent and Branding at A-list management company, The Firm. Shab eventually cut her teeth at content development and production when she served as Executive in Charge of Thugaboo, an animated series created by the Wayans brothers, and sold to Nickelodeon and Warner Media.
Shab is a musician at heart, and loves dancing and playing music with her sons. She lives with her family in Los Angeles.
